Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective packaging or heavy-duty plastic to prevent damage during transit, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
